Canceling an Order
Orders for in-stock merchandise are to be shipped from the fulfillment warehouse upon order placement. Therefore, orders for in-stock merchandise cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
To cancel any open backorders, customers should contact customer service by emailing
store@hunterfan.com or by calling 1-800-313-3326. You will need to provide order # and model number(s) of ordered merchandise to be cancelled.
