Returns and Exchanges
Unwanted, non-defective merchandise may be returned to the fulfillment warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment. Filters must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Original Shipping and Handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Original Shipping and Handling charges will be deducted from the credit issued to the consumer’s credit card.
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise, only product exchanges. Return postage of defective merchandise back to the fulfillment warehouse will be paid by Hunter Fan.
