To return an item please follow the instructions below.

RETURN POLICY

If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan, you can still return it. Here’s our return policy:

  • Within 45 days of purchase date.
  • Product should be in its original, un-installed condition and returned in original packaging.
  • We will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes when we receive the returned fan.
  • We will not refund the original shipping charges. However, we will email you a pre-paid postage return label.

In the rare case that your fan is defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email customercare@hunterfan.com or call 1-888-830-1326 and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan.
